Yesterday was really a very relaxing day for all the workers as most of the children weren't in..I just found out that the eldest children in the senior group is just 5 years younger than me@.@ We have table tennis and pool competition yesterday.Today we went to jungle gym..all the children seems to enjoy a lot..and this afternoon there's this "hair dressing" session and Tom(my colleague) was their model. At first they gel Tom's hair until all flat..then curl the top part of his hair..it looks so funny..haha..
Well, as I notice normally there's 2 types of employer..the first type is they will try to take advantage on you and make you do whatever they can or otherwise they will just throw eveything to you and doesn't even bother how you going to complete it..and the second type is when they ask you to do smthing they will check on you and teach you when you don't understand and they will encourage and support you all the time...
Well, its lucky for me that my supervisor falls on the second category.Before this, I have met coordinators who doesn't even bother to step into the kitchen..or they will just throw everything to you and went disappear...but my this supervisor is just so different...when he ask you to do smthing, he make sure you understand..he will ask you to go and play with the children while he himself stays in the kitchen to prepare the food..and sometimes its like you have to beg him to give you smthing to do..thank God for him and all my colleagues who encourages me a lot=)
Anyway,tmr going bowling with the children=)
