When I got home from work today, mum greeted me at the door..assuring me that there's something delicious for me to eat. From mum's look, I was thinking that it must be something special. So first thing to do was to dumped all my stuff aside and check out what's in the kitchen. Indeed, it was something special. I found two trays of pau and mantou! all handmade by mum and dad:) Good stuff man! didnt take any photo of the pau and mantou, and its all gone now! mum said she's gonna make more pau tmr:p
Been having too much good food lately! loh mai kai (chicken with glutinous rice)..pau & mantou..what's next?! hmmm..I'm gonna attempt making radish cake soon-ish, the radish been sitting in the fridge for two days and the rest of the ingredients are all in the cupboard. This time round, since mum and dad came back to Perth with a huge bottle of kahlua..I'll be attempting to make tiramisu too! I also bought red bean the other day, am ready to make Shang Hai red bean pancake! I can hear it all calling out to me, all I need is time:)
